A Workout To Embrace Challenges!

Needed a good workout today and these toys were a big help.

More on that in a bit.

Challenging week in the intellectual, emotional and spiritual areas of my life.

My fitness in those three pillars has been put to the test this entire year.

This week, it feels like I’ve regained some of my strength and resiliency in those three pillars of my fitness.

But it didn’t come easily. So I was looking for a challenge.

This workout delivered!

30 minute EMOM (Every Minute On The Minute)
10 Slide Knee Tucks
50 Yard KB Farmer walk (1/2 BW)
10 Lunging Sled Presses (135 lbs)
40 Alternate Arm Rope Slams
10 Gymnastic Ring Rows

Kept walking and marching during rest periods.

Mission accomplished!
