We’re three weeks into a new year and a new decade! It’s an exciting time, to be sure.
How are those resolutions doing? Are your changes “sticking,” or are they slipping away? Are they likely to become long-term and sustainable or have they disappeared like mist?
I’m asking because this is “crunch week!”
Only about 1 in 5 resolutions make it past this week. They die right here. That, my friend, is science.
But your resolutions don’t have to be among the casualties of the new year!
Don’t quit on your decision to change! Make those habits stick!
Go just one more day! That’s it.
One. More. Day.
Yes, it is that simple.
Stick with it.
You’ll be proud of the awesome person who shows up on the other side of this challenge!
